Guests of the wine bar in Kolding can now enjoy the feeling of being outdoors all year round. Whether there is rain, wind, sun, or snow, one can now always enjoy a drink and a snack in the open air.
Weddings, birthdays, and communions
The wine bar now features a terrace with a 120-square-meter orangery. This has created many new opportunities!
The owner of the wine bar, Morten Strøh, says that the orangery is already attracting guests to the city center, even though it only opened in early June.
“The orangery is always full, and it has already been booked for weddings, birthdays, and communions. The orangery is exactly what should have been here,” says Morten Strøh.
Completely custom-made
The orangery was supplied and installed by our Danish dealer VICA.
“VICA offered a total solution and took responsibility for the entire process, from the planning application with the municipality to the finished orangery. It was specially custom-made to fit perfectly in the space we have between the buildings. We are delighted with the finished orangery!” says Morten Strøh.
Because the orangery combines the outdoors and indoors, it figuratively merges the seasons into a fifth season, allowing us to sit outside all year round, regardless of the weather.
World Cup football on the big screen
“Given the time that awaits after the summer, the orangery gives us new opportunities that we didn’t have before. Without the orangery, for example, we wouldn’t have had the chance to show the World Cup on the big screen to our guests at the end of the year,” says Morten Strøh.
